Our slaughterhouse is exceptional in the region, offering complete Islamic ritual slaughter (HALAL) for sheep, goats and cattle. Slaughter is carried out in accordance with full veterinary surveillance and the HACCP standard, with all necessary approvals issued by the European Union.
The special flavor of the meat of the animals raised on their own sheep farm is offered by the mountain grasses, the streams with clear water and the air rich in ozone.
