Transport regulations
We take order request on weekdays from 8 am till 12 pm. After receiving the order request our colleague contacts you on phone to discuss the exact details of the order and delivery. Afterwards the products are prepared for you, packaged and sent to your address. The delivery is done by our agents using refrigerated vehicles and/or cooler boxes. The products should be preserved until consumption in refrigerator or freezer.
We kindly inform our costumers, that we deliver only packages above 5 kg or 200 Ron.
We deliver the products on three weekly and one monthly route according to the table and map below. Every Tuesday the delivery route includes: Cluj-Napoca, Turda, Dej, Târgu-Mureș, Reghin, Sovata, Praid, Bistrița and the other towns along DN16 and E60 in the area.
Every Thursday we do the delivery to: Bucharest, Valea Prahovei and Valea Oltului, Brașov, Sinaia, Predeal and the region Ciuc-Covasna (kindly check the map for further details).
Please make your order with two days in advance of the delivery.
Payment is always made to the courier agent. The invoice issued by us includes the shipping fee as well. Shipping fee is paid by the customer. Our products are shipped by a special vehicle or in a cooler box in order to arrive to you in a perfect state preserving their freshness and flavor. After receiving the products they should be put in a refrigerator.
If you ordered frozen products we recommend to put them in a freezer until using it. Each product is packaged in vacuum sealed packaging which helps to keep the products fresh. The best before date is printed on each product’s packaging. If you are not satisfied with the state of the received products please notify our customer service immediate and we will refund your 100% or replace the damaged products.
Dear customer, please note that if the shipping address does not belong to the areas covered by our delivery policy, we can arrange the details of the delivery only after the prepayment of the products are made.
