Generations of Experience
Our game meat comes from the vicinity of our farm, from their natural habitat, completely free of drugs and artificial hormones.
The lambs are raised by ourselves, with ancient and pure love; we drink them in the untouched spring water, and they are kept in the fresh air of Harghita, at an altitude of 800 meters.
In addition to game and lamb, we also produce mangalitza, duck, beef and pig products. Smoked, stuffed, matured because that’s how we think they’re really delicious.
Halal sacrifice
Our slaughterhouse is exceptional in the region, offering complete Islamic ritual slaughter (HALAL) for sheep, goats and cattle. Slaughter is carried out in accordance with full veterinary surveillance and the HACCP standard, with all necessary approvals issued by the European Union.
The special flavor of the meat of the animals raised on their own sheep farm is offered by the mountain grasses, the streams with clear water and the air rich in ozone.
